Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, for any reason.

This short cancellation window allows us to begin processing orders quickly while still giving you time to change your mind.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation within the 30-minute window:

  • Contact our customer support team immediately at support@sportevix.com
  • Include your Order Number.
  • Use the subject line "Cancellation Request" for faster processing.

Our team will review and process your request as quickly as possible.

After the 30-Minute Window

Once the 30-minute cancellation window has expired, your order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment.

For this reason, we are unable to guarantee cancellation after this point.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
